The mattress is given to the machine after hand bagging with a PE bag, the production line fulfils all the operations of compression and sealing mattresses.
It is suitable for compressed mattress roll packing,also suitable for sponge and latex direct packing.After roll-packing,the diameter can be automatically adjusted from 230mm-620mm.
It is mainly used for the direct rolling of sponge mattress and latex mattress,and also for the rolling of spring mattress after compression. The diameter of the rolling bag is fixed and can not be adjusted.
