1.How to set the cutting length？
If the mattress is 1.8 * 2m, the length is 18 * 2+2 * 2=7.6m, which is 7600mm. Similarly, if the mattress is of other sizes, the calculation is the same as above.
It should be noted that if the side wall is made of elastic fabric, the actual situation shall prevail.
Click 'set up length' to change the length parameter.
2. What if the cutting length does not conform to the setting?
On the main page, click Parameter Setting - Length Correction. After measuring the actual length, enter it, and then click Verify Length.
3. Which side of the side wall is the dotting position?
Usually on the back. It's OK on the front, but make sure that the punches can be covered by the strap.
4. How to adjust the speed？
Click the parameter setting to adjust the input value in the automatic speed.
After the number speed parameter is modified on the screen, it is necessary to continue to adjust the feeding speed on the knob on the back of the machine.
5. What are the requirements for marking pens
Marking pen, a bit thick, with a diameter of about 1.5cm. Remember to cover it when you are not using it, otherwise the pen will not work. The position of the pen tip is generally about 3cm from the fabric.
6.What is the production range of fabrics？
The normal one is about 30cm, with the widest hair of 50 inches and the narrowest hair of 15cm.
7. How thick the fabric can be cut
3mm-30mm.
