Differences Between Pillow Filling machines

we offer pillow filling machines, pillow compression&packing machines, pillow rolling machines, and pillowcase sewing machines.

For pillow filling machines, our main models are PF-4A, PF-4B, and PF-918.

In terms of the output, PF-4A and PF-4B are both 120-150kg/h. The output of PF-918 is much bigger, 250kg/h.

In terms of manpower, PF-4A requires two people to work together: one person to feed and one person to fill.PF-4B and 

PF-918 both require only one person to operate. 

In terms of the contents that can be broken, both PF-4A and PF-4B can be individually filled with doll cotton, wool, PP cotton,

 and fiber cotton. and can also be mixed and filled with these materials. 

   If you need to fill the spray cotton, only use PF-4A. 

Neither PF-4A nor PF-4B can be filled with materials such as pearl cotton and feathers, broken sponges, etc.

 In addition, PF-918 can precisely control the weight of each pillow. While PF-4A and PF-4B need to continuously adjust 

the filling weight in order to control the filling weight within your ideal range, so the weight of the pillows produced in 

the same batch may be different.
