To Test Mattress Quilting Machine
Open the power switch，the power is supplied on the three phase four wire system AC380/220 V power. After the screen shows control interface，click Change Pattern，and click Zero， the machine will emits a buzzing sound，and the saddletree move to zero position automatically. Press the start button to work properly.
Broken line self-stop: During the machine works normally, when the surface line or the bottom line broken, the signal will be sent to the computer, so that the machine stops working (spindle because there is inertia, but also a few turns to stop)
The quilting work is to begin after installation and commissioning are finished before such procedures as threading, feed.
