Mr. G's mattress factory is located in Busan, South Korea, which is the largest port in South Korea and the second largest city in South Korea. Mr. G's mattress factory has been operating for more than 40 years and is a well-known local enterprise. He returned to Korea at the age of 25 after completing his MBA in the United States and began to inherit his father's mattress factory.The reason why he wanted to buy a rolling machine for the factory was to roll latex mattresses to reduce the space occupied by the finished mattresses. After all, the land in South Korea is also very valuable.           In October 2019, Mr. G's assistant Terry found our company on Made in China and sent us an inquiry. After adding Terry, our salesman Hedy sent samples, pictures, and videos of this machine, and asked the factory which mattresses they wanted to wrap with this machine.Mattresses with iron frames cannot be rolled up, so Hedy asked Terry to check with the factory technicians what the maximum mattress size is. Because our company has two types of mattress wrapping machines, one is fixed caliber and the other is adjustable caliber.Hedy listed the specific quotation and the features of the two machines and sent them to Terry. After Terry showed, Mr. G asked him to arrange a video meeting for himself negotiate with Hedy personally. Mr. G is a very imposing businessman and very knowledgeable. Hedy gave a very detailed explanation of the two machines in the video conference. After then, Mr. G asked Terry to continue the negotiation with Hedy. Hedy sent their WhatsApp group the plans of all mattress machines our company made for customers, as well as the videos of our mattress machines being used around the world. Because this MJB-450 has a lot of space for a 20GP small cabinet, Hedy suggested that they can purchase special packaging film for the machine from us. So Mr. G asked Terry to give Hedy all the parameters of the factory mattress,letting Hedy figure out the size of the packaging film that needs to be used.

          In December 2020, when Hedy followed up for almost a year, Mr. G asked Terry to handle the international transfer business and placed an order for this MJB-450 Mattress Wrapping Machine. Mr. G said that he has compared many mattress machine factories and felt that Hedy is very professional and can cover many problems. For example, on the issue of container loading, he can maximize the use of freight.

          In February 2021, MJB-450 finally landed in the Port of Busan, South Korea, and stepped into Mr. Gu's factory for operation. The operation was simple and efficient, and was well received by Mr. G and the board of directors of the factory.
