Following the initial purchase of our MX6 Computerized Chain Stitch Multi-Needle Quilting Machine and CJ4A Computerized Panel Cutting Machine, our Saudi client maintained ongoing communication and ensured timely delivery of the machines. Upon arrival at the factory, the client expressed a need for technical guidance, prompting us to dispatch our engineers for training of their technical staff.
Following a long flight, our engineers arrived at the factory in Riyadh, initiating a 10-day training program. Despite the hot climate and various unfamiliar challenges in Saudi Arabia, our engineering team remained uncomplaining and diligent. The client expressed continuous appreciation for the engineers' expertise, expressing a desire to collaborate with us again.
