Guidelines of FT 3000 Motor Wiring

GENMAX records the detailed wiring process of the cashmere filling machine FT3000 to help new customers use our FT3000 better.
Part1: The power of the FT3000 motor is 11KW, 380V, that is, three-phase electricity. It has twice the power of the FT4000, so take extra care when wiring it.

Part7: As shown in the picture below: each wire is marked with a serial number, and it needs to be connected according to the serial number.
Note: The order of the wires of the motor must not be disordered. In the row below, the six wires from the left are U1;V1;W1;W2;U2;V2. The sorting method is red, blue, and black. The first six wires, three are a total wire, and the motor is connected by two buses.
UVW must correspond to each other. For example: red=U1; blue=V1; black=W1, red=W2; blue=U2; black=V2.
If the motor rotates in the opposite direction, the positions of U1 and V1 should be exchanged. At the same time, W2, U2 also need to change positions, otherwise the motor will be burned.
U1 and W2 are a winding, so they are corresponding. V1 and W2, W1 and V2 are the same. (Note: Winding is a general term for one phase or the entire electromagnetic circuit composed of multiple coils or coil groups.
Part8: Linkage
If FT3000 is to be used with lock stitch machines, in order to ensure that it can start and stop at the same time, the actuator of the lock stitch machine needs to be connected with the linkage connector shown in the picture.
