For mattress core production, we offer two kinds of springs, which is Bonnell springs and pocket springs. As for pocket spring production lines, we offer two kinds of purchasing proposals. The one is semi-automatic, while the other one is fully automatic.
For semi-automatic one, it includes BZJ-pocket spring machines, QD-pocket spring cutting machines, and NFD-pocket spring assembly machines.
We have different production capacities of pocket spring machines, so their models are different. Like BZJ-10 means it can produce pocket springs 100 pieces/min, BZJ-13 means it can produce 130 pieces/min.
Therefore, in our automatic production lines, MX10×1-2 refers to a BZJ-10, a cutting machine, and an assembly machine. The "2" means NFD120Q, there are two transmission channels for the assembly machines and cutting machines. Assembler speed can reach 12strip /min, Can connect 2 pocket spring coiler at the same time. As shown below.
MX13×2-2 means two BZJ-13, one set of an assembly machine, and a cutting machine with two transmission channels. Can connect 2 pocket spring coiler at the same time with NFD120Q automatic assembler. As shown below.
MX15×3-3 includes three 150pcs/min spring coiler, and a 3-channel automatic cutting and Assembler machine, and the assembler speed is 15 pieces/min, which can produce 450 pieces/min in total.
