Parts of quilting machine that need oiling and maintenance
Use a grease gun to add grease to the oil part. About once every 3-4 months.
Screw rod: add oil almost once a day
Chains and gears: add butter to all worn parts,Look with the naked eye. Add if there is no need, reduce wear
Bearing: add grease, no time limit, visual inspection
Smooth shaft: add oil every 3-5 days
Supporting plate:
The antiwear plates on the seven supporting plates need to be added with butter, a small amount, about once a month. Note: do not add too much. (One pallet with two points)
